Who we are
We are a local professional firm of surveyors and architectural staff, providing a wide range of services across the UK.
We have extensive experience across multiple sectors and industries including large and small scale private residential, both new build and extensions, sensitive and modern alterations to listed buildings and heritage assets. Experience in healthcare, including care homes, surgeries and hospitals, leisure & sports amenities, and many others. We have a large range of skills adaptable to most project types and have a company focus towards delivering the clients brief.
Building and land surveying
Detailed topographic surveys with TPS and GPS and setting out services. Measured building surveys to provide accurate plans, sections and elevations.
Concept design
Sketch designs from an initial client brief, design evolution through to final proposals.
Planning applications
Pre-application advice and permitted development, full and householder planning applications and listed building applications.

Construction and working drawings, Building Regulation approval and on site assistance.
